My favorite time of the year is fall. The weather changes, the colors in the sky become more vibrant, the cool snap in the air just feels so awesome. Since I do love all things crafty, I find that the ideas flow more easily this time of year as well. Today I wanted to create something fun from sticks. Behind our home there are lots of trees and tall grass. I am sure my neighbors think I am some strange nature weirdo
So I gathered my sticks or you could go the easy route and buy them at the dollar store. I prefer the thrill of the hunt vs. buying the sticks! I have Krylon Ivory spray paint, a super cute bucket, wreath form, burlap (of course), reindeer moss (LOVE that stuff) and scissors.
First I broke up the wreath form and pushed it down into the bucket |
Next I spray painted every stick with the ivory paint |
I placed the reindeer moss ( man I love that stuff) AFTER I pushed the painted sticks in the foam. Although I jumped ahead as I was taking pictures. Sorry I can be a little impatient at times. |
Happy Crafting!!!
